If you don't like your Scéona's creation, you can send it back to us within 30 days, starting when you receive your order, for free 😊
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Please also note that bespoke products can not be refund.
All items must be returned new, unworn with the presentation box, and protective packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Do I have to pay the shipping to return a product?
No. It’s on us!

I did not receive my refund yet, what is happening?
Refunds can take up to 2 weeks, depending on your bank.

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused.
Can I exchange the product I purchase with another one?
We do not offer an exchange between our products but you can return your purchase up to 30 days after reception to receive a refund and purchase another piece.
